The Lead, EA SPORTS FC Franchise Activation - LATAM will develop and deliver innovative integrated marketing campaigns and activations for EA SPORTS FC in Latin America, partnering with the biggest football leagues/clubs in the region to achieve our brand and business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver innovative integrated marketing campaigns and activations in Latin America for the EA SPORTS FC portfolio of products (HD, Mobile, and more).

  • Activate contractual rights with local football partners to service our global campaign and local business needs.

  • Create award-winning marketing activations that connect with fans in LATAM and deliver against campaign and commercial objectives.

  • Through market research and analysis, uncover unique, cultural insights of the region and apply them to local go-to-market plans.

  • Manage and allocate the annual FC activation budget for Latin America.


Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of football culture in Latin American, specifically Mexico and South America.

  • Experience developing and executing integrated brand marketing campaigns and activations in Latin America, ideally for a leading sports brand or organization.

  • Experience partnering with football leagues and/or clubs to deliver marketing activations.

  • Knowledge of EA SPORTS FC’s brand and portfolio of products

  • Demonstrated experience in market and consumer analysis with a track record of leveraging insights to inform marketing plans. 

  • Experience managing activations with athletes, influencers, clubs, and agencies.

  • Proven track record of effectively working both independently and cross-functionally within globally matrixed organizations, driving alignment and outcomes with internal business partners and teams.
