Product Management Intern

The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Manager Intern to join our experienced team on a 12-month full-time (paid) opportunity. You will gain hands-on experience working on a large-scale, long-running live service and learn how to use data, insights, and player behaviour to help deliver great experiences to millions of players. You will report to a Senior Product Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to prepare yourself for a career in product management, and you will gain hands-on experience from our intensive internship program.
Responsibilities:
Analyse player behaviour and identify trends, opportunities, and insights to improve our live service
Support the planning, optimisation, and delivery of live features for The Sims™ FreePlay.
Use our internal LiveOps tools to set up and action sales, events, inbox messages, and other LiveOps content.
Assist in reviewing the performance of updates and events by contributing data, insights, and player-impact analysis.
Prepare and maintain clear documentation and reports that support LiveOps delivery.
Work proactively with other disciplines and remain accountable for task progress.
Bring curiosity, fresh thinking, and a player-first mindset to discussions and decisions.
Qualifications:
Must be a 2025 graduate to qualify, and must be available to work full-time hours.
Experience with productivity tools such as Excel/Sheets, and the ability to work with data.
Good communication skills with the ability to summarise findings and present recommendations.
Interest in using data and insights to inform product direction.
Interest in analysing game systems and player behaviour in mobile games and live-service titles.
Passion for learning how product management works within a long-running live game environment.
Interest in learning software development and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Experience with SQL, Looker, Python, or dashboard tools is highly regarded but not required.
Curiosity about market trends, player motivations, and LiveOps best practices.
Passion for games, with gameplay experience across multiple genres and platforms; background in mobile or simulation titles is a plus.
