Battlefield is a storied franchise renowned for uncompromising combat gameplay for over two decades. 100 million players and 5 billion hours played later, the Battlefield team is looking to define the future of the first-person shooter. You will report to our Production Line Director, joining our Battlefield team.
- Guide the team toward meeting pre-defined deliverables
- Create tracking documents to monitor progress and manage risks
- Communicate status regularly across disciplines and leadership levels
- Adapt communication style to suit different team members
- Proactively assist wherever needed on the team
- Learn and implement existing processes, while providing suggestions for improvement
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Help manage the team toward common goals and solutions
- Expand understanding of game development practices in a AAA studio context
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a college degree in communications, computer science, information systems, art, animation, graphics, game design, or similar
- Experience working on team projects
- Basic understanding some development methodologies like Agile or waterfall
- Strong organizational and communication skills for tracking and communicating progress, risks, and deliverables
- Passion for game development and eagerness to learn
- Practice and nurture an inclusive team environment
- Utilize previous experience and new insights to create creative solutions
- Willingness to take on any task and help wherever needed (“never says that's not my job”)
- Curiosity and initiative to ask for help when faced with challenges
We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2026, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2026. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis during the 4-month internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
