We're hiring Sr. QA Specialists for multiple teams at EA, each dedicated to a specific franchise. We are seeking skilled and passionate Senior QA Specialists to join our teams at EA. In this key role, you will report to QA Leadership, creating and guiding our quality strategy in partnership with our Quality Assurance and Development team members. You will lead and coordinate our Quality Assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• You will support quality testing execution and strategy definition based on design document analysis, managing progress and improvements along with the leadership team.

• You will partner with development, production, design, and quality verification teams to deliver top-class content and experiences.

• You will mentor and guide junior talent and peers in quality assurance foundations and best practices.

• You will lead the review and enhancement of test cases, optimizing them for efficiency and accuracy.

• You will create and execute comprehensive test plans using both manual and automated methods to ensure product stability & data-driven testing scope.

• You will drive risk-based testing approaches and early risk assessment, management, and resolution.

• You will identify areas where testing processes, data validation, communication, reporting and feedback can be improved to provide pipelines.

• You will be an advocate for players by representing their needs and expectations throughout the development process.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, supporting multiple platforms such as Mobile, PC, and Gaming Consoles.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• Strong understanding of software/game development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Proficiency in using test and issue management systems (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail) and process documentation.

• Knowledge of Upstream Quality practices, including CI/CD, bug prevention, and containment strategies.

• Experience working in live service development models and upstream/embedded QA models.

• Understanding test automation principles and a proactive approach to learning and applying AI-powered testing tools, platforms, or AI-assisted test generation techniques.
