Opis i wymagania

Jesteśmy globalnym zespołem twórców, scenarzystów, technologów, inicjatorów doświadczeń, innowatorów i wielu innych ekspertów. Wierzymy, że niesamowite gry i doświadczenia zaczynają się od zespołów, które są równie zróżnicowane jak gracze i społeczności, którym służymy. W Electronic Arts jedynym ograniczeniem jest wyobraźnia.

Our Motive is to develop innovative action games set in iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero. Let's say that again—iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero.

Our passion has taken us from imagining dogfighter pilots in Star Wars™: Squadrons to re-creating Isaac Clarke onboard the Ishimura in Dead Space™. Currently, we're working on two exciting projects, an original Iron Man™ action-adventure game and what's coming next for Battlefield™.

We believe in sharing our passion with our community and each other, fostering an inclusive culture, and nurturing a growth mindset. Although our approach may seem simple, it leads us to create the best work of our careers, bringing unique and immersive experiences to our players.

Motive is looking for its next Cinematic Artist to join our team of passionate creators.  Our Cinematic Artist's skill sets are varied but are seen as the 3D storyboarders and in-house cinematographers visualizing the Director’s high level vision that will go on to inform the shoot and post-production lifecycle. They are expected to be hands-on content creators that deliver early visual development of cinematic content.

Responsibilities

As part of our pre-visualization and layout team, you will work in both the game engine and in DCC (digital content creator) to visualize shots and sequences on a project basis, working with the creative direction of the Cinematic Director to define the shot composition, staging, lighting, and camera language - including movement- lens choices, and framing. You are technically proficient with animation software, as well as game engines, allowing you to identify and solve both technical and creative issues.

You will be expected to work closely with the cinematic animation, narrative, audio, vfx and technical teams, ensuring creative collaboration and technical handoff between production stages.

Expectations:

  • While delivering on target for pre-visualization and layout, you will be an advocate for production deadlines and will manage your efforts to achieve task completion within them.
  • You have strong communication skills and seek opportunities to collaborate.
  • Your problem-solving mind helps identify and solve technical and creative issues.
  • You can work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction well.
  • You will work closely with integrators to facilitate implementation of content and test the result in the game.
  • You will be collaborating and discussing artistic and technical challenges with colleagues as it offers cross discipline clarity and alignment.
  • You will be seeking feedback and direction on your work while also providing feedback to others.
  • You are an active contributor to the craft, promoting a collaborative learning culture within the team.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and possess a creative mindset.
