We're looking for a dynamic and people-focused Workplace Experience Manager to lead the daily operations of our Bucharest offices. This role goes beyond facilities – it's about creating a positive, productive workplace, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Reporting to the Regional Workplace Experience Manager, EMEA, you'll oversee operations across two office buildings, manage internal staff and vendors, and act as the cultural heartbeat of the site. You'll drive service excellence, support our hybrid work model, and create a space where people and creativity thrive.
What You'll Do
Lead workplace operations – oversee all facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and daily helpdesk requests.
Shape culture – act as a culture ambassador, ensuring the workplace reflects our values, supports hybrid work, and fosters collaboration.
Manage teams – lead, coach, and develop the Workplace Experience team
Space planning & projects – manage seating changes, moves, refurbishments, and small infrastructure projects.
Service & events – deliver exceptional employee service, support on-site activations, and handle after-hours building needs when required.
Vendor & budget management – oversee vendor performance, contracts, and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and high service quality.
Compliance & safety – ensure adherence to health & safety protocols, security standards, and audit requirements.
Reporting & insights – track workplace metrics, satisfaction, and continuous improvement opportunities.
What You Bring
8+ years' experience in facilities, workplace operations, or a related field, ideally across multi-building sites.
Proven leadership and team management experience (internal teams and external vendors).
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in facilities systems, maintenance, and vendor management.
Financial acumen with budget oversight and cost control.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Tech-savvy – confident using MS Office, ticketing systems, booking platforms, and digital signage.
Fluent English and Romanian (both required).
Health & Safety knowledge in a corporate setting is a plus.
