About the Role: Reporting to the Development Director, you will oversee QA project planning and execution. You will coordinate project schedules, define test strategies, and manage project metrics to keep delivery on track. You will manage a team of testers, providing clear direction, day-to-day support, and practical feedback to help them meet goals and maintain expected quality standards. You will also support knowledge transfer and communication with the game team and partner groups as needed. Working with QA leaders, you will help strengthen QA practices, share operational insight, and advocate for sound design and implementation decisions.

🔑Your Responsibilities

Project Management

• Oversee project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones

• Identify and mitigate risks, manage blockers, prioritize tasks, and ensure project goals are met

• Ensure effective reporting to leadership and stakeholders

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, including developers, analysts, and producers

• Conduct regular meetings, such as stand-ups and planning sessions, to align team efforts

• Communicate project expectations and progress updates effectively

Process Efficiency

• Develop and implement QA strategies, plans, and processes

• Ensure high-quality reporting and documentation of QA processes and findings

• Propose creative solutions to issues regarding process, strategy, and communication

Resource Management

• Determine and manage resource requirements for the project

• Handle capacity planning, scheduling, and tracking of tasks

People/Talent Management

• Manage, mentor and support QA team members

• Conduct performance feedback, goals, and training

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
  
  

✅ Our Requirements

Experience and Knowledge / Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience

• 4+ years of experience in project management or team leadership roles in QA or software development

• 2+ years of people management experience

Skills and Abilities

• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and bug tracking tools

• Understanding of software development processes

• Stakeholder management and communication skills
