Responsibilities
Lead the configuration of storefront content based on merchandising calendar
Coordinate with our Quality Verification team to ensure quality releases
Respond to live issues and collaborate with partner teams to escalate and troubleshoot
Develop a detailed understanding of internal tools to guide continued improvements and validate the technical feasibility of plans
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand the strategy and translate them into technical requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of experience working on live service, or social networks.
PC/Console-based knowledge of a live operations content release pipeline and its dependencies, with the ability to identify potential conflicts or risks.
Familiarity with proprietary or internal, or external live operations tools.
Proficiency in troubleshooting issues during different stages of the content pipeline.
Cross-team coordination with a variety of disciplines.
Guided production level quality of a live service feature or project.
