Operations Analyst Intern, Community, Moderation & Care

Reporting to the Director, Community Moderation & Care Programs, you will be working closely with our Fan Care Analytics & Data Solutions team to help the Community and Moderation team fully adopt a new measurement framework.
So how does an Operations Analyst make great experiences for our fans?
You're the questioning type and have a passion to analyze user behavior, feedback, and experiences. You want to understand why things happen and you want to share your insights to improve EA’s Customer Experience. In this role:
You will understand the WHY our metrics matter and identify HOW the team should best use to identify improvement opportunities and align to business initiatives
You will understand how existing work is organized, prioritized, and delivered
You will provide reporting and visualizations that manage performance indicators
You will make recommendations on actions to improve based on analysis
Skills Needed:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights through qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to make data informed recommendations for complex problems
You are proficient in SQL and understand how to query large sets of complex data
You are somewhat familiar with data visualization applications and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Shiny)
Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendation
