We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Data Architecture (Log Design and Management) to join our Data and Analytics team in Seoul, Korea. This role focuses on managing and leveraging data generated by FC Online, with a emphasis on log design, management, and optimization to deliver actionable insights for game development and strategic planning.

Working within a collaborative team of Data Analysts, Engineers, and User Researchers, you will use your expertise in log design and data architecture to help efficient data collection, organization, and management, driving impactful, data-informed decisions. Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you will help shape key decisions through collaborative efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead systematic log design to meet analysis needs and enable actionable data use.

  • Balance data analysis requirements with technical constraints, proposing optimized data strategies.

  • Establish data modeling and quality management processes to deliver reliable, high-visibility data.

  • Monitor log data quality and lead improvement efforts to ensure reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis or design.

  • Deep interest or understanding of FC Online games.

  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL process design, and log design/analysis.

  • Translate data analysis requirements into technical specifications for developers, ensuring seamless collaboration

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
