Role Overview:

We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join EA's Esports Brand Marketing team. The Esports Brand Marketing team delivers competitive gaming experiences that amplify tentpole brand moments from launches to major live service beats.

You will help develop marketing campaigns for EA's esports programs, including FC Pro Mobile, ALGS and future programs across Asia. You'll partner with senior brand leads, regional publishing teams, and creative partners to deliver campaigns that grow engagement, viewership, and fandom.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing - Esports.

  • This is full-time, hybrid work, with the expectation of working at one of our designated offices.


Responsibilities:


  • Help develop esports marketing campaigns that promote awareness, engagement, and retention across key markets.

  • Partner with Franchise Brand and Regional Publishing teams to localize and activate global campaigns across Asia.

  • Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to develop assets and messaging authentic to regional esports communities.

  • Manage campaign deliverables and coordination to ensure smooth execution.

  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future activations.

  • Build relationships with regional agencies, esports organizers, and platform partners to support ongoing program success.

  • Contribute to brand presentations and campaign recaps for company partners.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, esports, or sports/entertainment marketing, in APAC markets.

  • Experience supporting or managing campaign execution, including creative development.

  • Experience with regional esports ecosystems and fan communities.

  • Experience gathering and interpreting performance data to inform marketing decisions.

  • Excellent collaboration, and project management skills within a global, matrixed organization.

  • Experience marketing mobile games or esports programs.

  • Fluency in Mandarin or another APAC language.

  • Relationships with agencies, broadcasters, or esports partners in the region.

  • Familiarity with EA SPORTS FC or other football game franchises.
