Ads Product Marketing Manager
Overview

We're looking for an experienced Ads Product Marketing Manager to support the Advertising & Sponsorships (A&S) business at EA. As part of the EA Experiences organization, A&S is a high growth, strategically important business that connects global brands with one of the most engaged entertainment audiences in the world. Our mandate is to build advertising and sponsorship solutions that respect gameplay, enhance fan experiences, and drive meaningful revenue growth.

You will define how the market understands and values EA's advertising portfolio. You will translate product capabilities and commercial strategy into compelling, differentiated positioning and buyer-ready narratives that strengthen our competitive standing and accelerate adoption. As the steward of positioning standards across the A&S portfolio, you will shape how our offerings are represented consistently in market and ensure our value is communicated with clarity and impact.

You will work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Studio, and other partners to align messaging with product development, commercial priorities, and evolving advertiser needs. This role is ideal for a product marketer who wants to influence how a global entertainment company monetizes advertising at scale while operating as a strategic individual contributor. You will report to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Programs.

Responsibilities:

Own the development of differentiated positioning, value propositions, and core narratives for advertising and sponsorship offerings in collaboration with Sales, Product, Legal, Studio, and other stakeholders

Develop and maintain approved positioning frameworks, sales narratives, and messaging standards across the advertising and sponsorship portfolio, ensuring consistency across Sales teams and reducing duplication and message drift

Define competitive differentiation and objection-handling guidance that strengthens Sales effectiveness and accelerates advertiser adoption

Create scalable, sales-facing materials (master decks, case studies, product one-pagers, talk tracks) aligned to approved positioning and growth priorities

Translate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into recommendations that inform product direction and roadmap prioritization

Partner on launches of new ad products, sponsorships, and seasonal opportunities by translating product strategy into clear go-to-market materials

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market roles within advertising, media, or digital platforms

5+ years experience building sales materials for digital ad products, including presentations, leave-behinds, and messaging frameworks

5+ years experience defining positioning and messaging for revenue-generating products

Experience developing buyer-centric messaging and translating complex product capabilities into buyer-ready narratives and sales enablement assets

Expertise with digital media and media buying

This hybrid role is scoped for Redwood City, Los Angeles, Seattle, Orlando, or Vancouver.
