  • Act as an expert in quantitative methodologies, leading the experimentation initiative and applying experiments such as A/B and multivariate tests, along with other causal inference methods.
  • Drive business decisions and product strategies through data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Work closely with partners to understand the roadmap and ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in quantitative analysis and senior stakeholder management
  • 3+ years of people leadership or mentorship skills
  • Proficient in SQL and Python (or equivalent)
  • Strong mathematical foundation with deep statistical knowledge, including probability, correlation, regression, classification, and forecasting.
  • Experience translating business problems and constraints into analysis plans with clearly defined deliverables
