We are looking for an Analytics Manager to join our Data and Analytics team supporting EA app and other e-commerce initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you will grow a team of analysts, drive strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals, and work with leadership to maximize the team’s impact and help us scale the data and analytics capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Utilize your knowledge of eCommerce best practices to shape data infrastructure, telemetry implementation, data technology, KPI development, and design decisions for the EA app.
  • Mentor and support a team of four analysts. Oversee their deliverables, advise on methodologies, lead peer reviews, and facilitate long-term professional growth.
  • Contribute significantly to our data democratization efforts. Promote self-service solutions and encourage a hypothesis-driven approach across all teams.
  • Act as an expert in quantitative methodologies, leading the experimentation initiative and applying experiments such as A/B and multivariate tests, along with other causal inference methods.
  • Drive business decisions and product strategies through data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Work closely with partners to understand the roadmap and ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in quantitative analysis and senior stakeholder management
  • 3+ years of people leadership or mentorship skills
  • Proficient in SQL and Python (or equivalent)
  • Strong mathematical foundation with deep statistical knowledge, including probability, correlation, regression, classification, and forecasting.
  • Experience translating business problems and constraints into analysis plans with clearly defined deliverables
  • Experience presenting complex analytical topics as compelling stories for non-technical audiences and executives.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work with senior leadership, team members, and partners.
