Assistant Audio Vendor Manager
12 Month Temporary Contract - Hybrid: 3 Days onsite per week

You will work on different ground-breaking tools and systems to provide Localization to our products.

EA has built a Localization powerhouse that covers the needs for both current and next-generation platforms.

The Assistant Audio Vendor Manager will report to the Manager of the AVM team working hybrid 3 days a week in our Galway office.

Responsibilities:

  • Legal & Contract Workflow Support: Support legal workflows for audio vendor contracts, including testing and documenting TAP Tool processes in Prod/Dev, monitoring project exhibits, managing CSP/CASP signatures via TAP Tool/Adobe Sign, and keeping a central legal tracker up to date with owners, status and follow-up.

  • Finance & Vendor Data Management: Maintain accurate vendor data across finance and AVM systems, supporting new vendor setup and updates with Finance/Procurement, ensuring master data is consistent across tools, and regularly reviewing and updating the vendor database with the Vendor Management team.

  • Reporting & Feedback: Manage end-of-project feedback workflows and AVM reporting, coordinating surveys with Production and vendors, consolidating results in Excel/Power BI, and maintaining AVM Power BI reports (refresh, data quality, small improvements and escalations to BI/tech teams).

  • Support VIP & Talent Management: Coordinating talent invoices with Production and AP, maintaining an up-to-date Talent Roadmap (availability, contracts, key dates, conditions, contacts), and flagging discrepancies or risks in talent data or invoicing to the relevant stakeholders.

  • Support production planning and test recordings: Joining pre-production meetings to capture vendor/contract/reporting needs, helping AV/VM leads maintain project plans and status updates, and coordinating test recording requests and approvals with clear scope, timelines and expected outcomes.

Qualifications:


  • Required Professional Experience

    • 1+ years of experience in operations, coordination, vendor management, localization, or finance/legal support in a role with administrative or process ownership.

    • Experience coordinating work with multiple teams (for example Legal, Finance, Production, Vendors) and tracking tasks to completion.

    • Experience working with partners across different time zones in an international or multicultural environment.

    • Experience tracking against goals or deliverables and reporting progress or status updates to team members.

  • Technical Requirements

    • Highly valued the familiarity or experience with Legal and Finance workflows (contracts, signatures, vendor setup, invoicing).

    • Comfortable working with data and tools such as Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and query capabilities) and collaboration platforms like GDrive and SharePoint.

    • Power BI skills are valued but not mandatory (building or maintaining reports, working with datasets).
