We are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to help us coordinate projects, support teams, and ensure work is delivered with quality and alignment. You will contribute to cross-team collaboration and process efficiency, while building skills in project management.
You will:
Support project tracking, reporting, and workflow improvements.
Identify and resolve minor conflicts; escalate issues with solutions.
Monitor resources, risks, and dependencies, providing timely updates.
Promote quality by ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards.
Contribute tactical input that informs broader planning.
Build awareness of operations function through mentoring
You bring:
2+ years in project coordination, development, or related roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to recognize risks, resolve issues, and improve processes.
Familiarity with project management tools.
Detail-oriented
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
