We ask that you have production leadership combined with solid technical fluency in PC performance, optimization, and platform complexity. You will bring structure to technical programs, partner with engineering and rendering leadership, and meet performance, stability, and scalability goals across a large, multi-team development environment.

  • Guide PC performance quality by working with engineering and QV to meet performance targets and ensure a smooth player experience.
  • Partner with discipline directors and technical leadership to balance visual quality, feature ideas, scope, and schedule.
  • Identify technical risks early, especially related to performance, scalability, and platform constraints, and guide mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies affecting Core systems and ensure execution remains on track through milestones.
  • Support data-informed decision-making using telemetry, performance captures, and profiling outputs.
  • Establish clear communication channels for surfacing performance health, technical debt, and long-term investment needs.
  • Improve production workflows that support technical teams, allowing efficient delivery of foundational work.
  • This would be a Hybrid role working out of our EAV Studio
  • You would report directly to the Core team Line Producer

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in game production, with time supporting technical, engine, rendering, or platform teams.
  • Demonstrated experience driving production for PC-focused programs, including performance optimization and hardware variability.
  • Experience partnering with rendering engineers, systems engineers, and technical artists in a AAA environment.
  • Experience managing complex cross-team dependencies and technical roadmaps.
  • Risk management, prioritization, and partner agreement.
  • Experience using performance metrics, profiling tools, and telemetry data to inform production decisions.
  • Experience shipping and supporting a large-scale or live service PC title.
  • Familiarity with modern rendering pipelines, optimization workflows, and performance certification standards.
  • Experience managing technical debt programs alongside feature development.
  • Prior people management experience leading other producers or project managers.
