A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

EA SPORTS is one of the most iconic brands in entertainment – connecting hundreds of millions around the world to the sports they love through a portfolio of industry-leading video games.

As one of the largest sports entertainment platforms in the world, EA SPORTS FC is redefining football with genre-leading interactive experiences, connecting a global community of fans to The World's Game through innovation and unrivaled authenticity.

With more opportunity than ever to design, innovate and create new, immersive experiences that bring joy, inclusivity, and connection to fans everywhere, we invite you to join our passionate and dynamic team as we pioneer the future of football fandom.

We’re looking for an Associate Producer II to lead the DCL Assets team within EA SPORTS FC. In this role, you will translate our strategic vision for authentic football content into actionable plans and lead the delivery of licensed assets—including kits, equipment, stadiums, and other club and league elements—across all EA SPORTS FC releases.

You will own the operational delivery of licensed football content, working across global teams to ensure assets are integrated consistently, efficiently, and at the quality players expect from the world’s most authentic football experience.

This role combines production leadership, pipeline ownership, and cross-team alignment, partnering closely with teams including Art, Capture, Presentation, and Production to ensure licensed content is delivered predictably and at scale.

If you are passionate about football beyond supporting a single team and enjoy staying connected to global football culture—including leagues, brands, and apparel—this role offers the opportunity to influence how authentic football is represented in one of the world’s most-played sports games.

This full-time role is based in EA Vancouver (Burnaby), with in-office days Tuesday to Thursday each week. Standard hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., though occasional earlier starts may be required to collaborate with teams in EA Guildford and EA Cologne.

You will report to the Lead Producer, Assets & Licensing.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the delivery of licensed football content integration across EA SPORTS FC releases, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

  • You will translate FC strategy into clear roadmaps, quarterly plans, and measurable goals that guide the team's work and ensure outcomes align with product goals.

  • You will provide leadership and mentorship to producers within the team, establishing clear expectations, supporting professional growth, and promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.

  • You will lead the vision for the future of licensed asset management, evolving tools, workflows, and operating models to improve scalability, clarity, and delivery predictability across the team.

Experience:

  • Experience leading an area of production scope, including mentoring producers or coordinators and guiding cross-functional teams.

  • An advanced understanding of football licensing and assets, and experience in either game development or football licensing.

  • Excellent partner management and working effectively across distributed teams and time zones.

  • Experience driving innovation and operational efficiency.
