A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

At Electronic Arts, we bring together creativity, talent and technology to connect players and deliver amazing entertainment experiences. We thrive on passion and pioneering — it fuels our ambition to inspire the world to play.

This role is part of EA Brand Operations and is responsible for driving executional excellence across brand and creative programs. You will drive creative projects on the brand — both large and small — ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment in a matrixed organization. This is a hands-on operator role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, and proactively drives work forward.

The Role

Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you will manage cross-functional programs from brief through delivery, improve and scale operational systems (including Airtable), and serve as a trusted partner to Brand, Creative, Comms, and Events stakeholders.

Brings a creative agency background (project management and/or account management) and understands how to balance stakeholder needs, creative workflows, timelines, and business priorities in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own multiple concurrent brand and creative initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring clear scope, timelines, accountability, and success metrics.

  • Drive alignment across Brand, Creative, Comms, and agency partners, establishing clear roles, decisions, and next steps.

  • Build and maintain essential program documentation including briefs, timelines, trackers, dashboards, and status reporting.

  • Anticipate risks, dependencies, and gaps early; proactively resolve issues to protect timelines and quality.

  • Design and optimize operational workflows and intake systems to improve speed, clarity, and consistency of delivery.

  • Serve as the team’s systems lead (including Airtable), maintaining clean data, strong visibility, and actionable reporting across initiatives.

  • Standardize templates, documentation, and governance practices to scale output and reduce friction.

  • Learn and support the SOW (statement of work) process, track deliverables and scope against agreements, and leverage Airtable metrics and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities (e.g., where new brand templates or resources are needed).

  • Act as a brand steward: maintain deep knowledge of the brand, answer brand-related questions, and ensure alignment with brand standards.

  • Lead stakeholder and/or agency meetings with clear agendas, documented decisions, and rigorous follow-through.

  • Translate ambiguous business needs into structured, repeatable operational solutions that drive momentum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management, account management, or integrated production within a creative, brand, or marketing environment (agency experience strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional creative workflows in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong proficiency in Airtable, including building relational bases, automations, dashboards, and reporting views.

  • Strong operational and organizational acumen, with the ability to design scalable workflows while managing multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting SOW tracking, scope management, and vendor or agency oversight.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, operate with autonomy, and drive work forward with urgency in ambiguous environments.

  • Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds trusted partnerships across teams.

  • Curiosity and interest in leveraging AI, automation, and emerging tools to drive operational rigor, efficiency, and smarter reporting across projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive clarity and accountability across stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge of brand systems and creative development processes preferred.
