Your responsibilities:

  • You will Improve the software and experiential quality practices within their designated Feature Group - includes identifying improvement opportunities and driving associated plans.

  • You will Manage the team's data metrics and Indicators across multiple disciplines and features groups

  • You will Implement performance testing, data processing and reporting processes

  • You will help automate the team's reporting process and game performance metrics

  • You will assist implement automation processes of game tests

  • You will assist implement telemetry tracking for internal processes and testing prioritization

  • You will collaborate with Development, QE, Operations and QV Management to help meet their data reporting needs

  • Reporting to the Development Director, Bucharest-based, hybrid work-model

Our Requirements:

  • 2+ years of applicable work experience in Quality Assurance.

  • Knowledge of test tools, testing methodology and processes.

  • Experience with data in analyzing the quality of a product.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with automated testing, common automation tool sets, telemetry, and data literacy

  • Familiar with PowerBI

  • Knowledge of telemetry and its use for testing strategies and team Indicators

  • Knowledge of game performance metrics and data processing with an understanding of FPS, frametime, hitching, micro-stuttering and hardware capabilities

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
