Associate Release Manager – Battlefield Game Ops

Battlefield Game Ops Release & Production ensures players enjoy classic and new experiences—on time, at quality, every time. As an Associate Release Manager, you'll deliver high-quality, bug-free updates and support live service operations for Battlefield titles. Reporting to the Release Lead, you'll work at the heart of live operations, coordinating releases and supporting player-facing events.

You'll collaborate with diverse teams, create process improvements, and help shape the experience for millions worldwide. If you are passionate about gaming and motivated to improve player satisfaction, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate release activities and deliveries within established frameworks.

  • Identify, and help mitigate risks before they impact releases.

  • Support legacy titles to maintain a high-quality player experience.

  • Maintain and refine ad-hoc release request processes and daily operations.

  • Manage the release knowledge repository and reporting.

  • Collaborate across time zones with Release Managers in North America.

  • Provide insights and feedback on release status and quality.

  • Support event and engagement programs, including tournaments and review events.


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in game live operations or similar roles.

  • Collaboration and communication experience across diciplines.

  • Understanding of execution and adherence to schedules.

  • Basic knowledge with Atlassian Suite, Google applications and Airtable.

  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

  • Familiarity with releasing software on Sony and Microsoft platforms and Steamworks.
