Join us at Electronic Arts, where you will help inspire the world to play and create unforgettable experiences for millions of players. As part of our global Development and Release Engineering team, you will support Madden and College Football titles, collaborating with us across regions in a flexible hybrid environment. You will report to the Technical Director and work with engineers dedicated to improving developer productivity and build reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • You will implement and maintain CI/CD and build automation pipelines using modern tools to help us build, test, and ship software efficiently.

  • You will contribute to internal projects that improve build reliability, scalability, and developer productivity for our game teams.

  • You will collaborate with partner teams to support and expand build and infrastructure environments across our global studios.

  • You will identify manual workflows and help us create automated, repeatable solutions, monitoring systems and assisting with troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with CI/CD workflows and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.

  • 3+ years of experience automating on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Packer, or Ansible.

  • Experience writing maintainable code in a scripting language such as Python, Groovy, or PowerShell.

  • Experience using source control systems such as Git or Perforce.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week working from our office in Madrid.
