The Data & Insights (D&I) team harnesses the power of data to deliver transformative insights and solutions to EA game teams and players. D&I teams are involved in every aspect of data, driving strategy and governance; building powerful data and AI applications; and developing personalization, experimentation, analytics tools, and more. As the Business Operations Lead, you will own operational execution of D&I. You will manage rhythms of business, enforcing operating mechanisms and ensure leadership has clear decision-ready insights. 

Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, you will serve as a central integrator across planning, reporting, and communication. 

Responsibilities:

  • You will own and enforce the organization’s rhythm of the business, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and execution discipline

  • You will build and deliver executive-ready reporting, synthesizing data into clear, decision-oriented insights

  • You will manage financial operations, including discretionary spend, vendor costs, and contractor budgets, highlighting risks and variances

  • You will support workforce planning by coordinating headcount intake, validating requests, and tracking hiring progress against plan

  • You will design and implement scalable processes, policies, and operating mechanisms to improve efficiency and consistency

  • You will drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, improving transparency, and reducing friction across workflows

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in business operations, program management, or consulting, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional workstreams

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Proven ability to run operating cadences and deliver executive-ready reporting with clear, decision-oriented insights

  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and variance analysis

  • High attention to detail with proficiency in core tools (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI)


Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$111,600 - $152,800 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
