CRM & Owned Channels Associate

As the CRM & Owned Channels Associate you'll help grow our CRM capabilities across email, web and in-game in one of EA's most dynamic regions. You'll work closely with Asia Regional Marketing and our Global Franchise CRM teams to bring global strategies to life, deliver targeted campaigns and expand our contactable audiences across key Asia markets. Together, we'll use data and testing to drive measurable business and player impact for EA's most iconic franchises.

This is a hybrid role based in Sydney reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Marketing Effectiveness.

What you'll do:

  • Execute CRM campaigns across email, web and in-game channels for FC, Battlefield, Apex and The Sims franchises
  • Plan and adapt global strategies, while driving region specific campaigns
  • Support contactability initiatives across current and emerging CRM touchpoints (email, SMS)
  • Work on personalisation initiatives for reaching player segments tailored to audiences and business goals, working with Publishing Intelligence on targeting and analysis
  • Create briefs and manage content and approval processes with various stakeholder teams
  • Drive projects with Global CRM, including territory expansion and self-serve content publishing opportunities
  • Partner with teams to identify gaps in processes and to develop workflow enhancements
  • Deliver campaign reporting and insights to measure impact and inform future strategies
  • Cultivate relationships with internal partners and team members
  • Follow content, social and digital trends and best practices within and outside the gaming industry
  • Oversight of regional social channels to understand performance and support the launch of new channels

What you'll bring

  • 1+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing
  • Experience working in a global to regional setup a plus
  • Solid analytical skills and experience using data to inform targeting and personalisation
  • Experience collaborating across teams to deliver campaigns
  • Clear writing skills and ability to manage content and approvals
  • Confidence managing multiple campaigns at once
  • Familiarity with Asia's cultural and gaming landscape will be highly regarded
