Our operations team is seeking an experienced Creative Producer in a hybrid role with a deep understanding of the creative process to ensure successful execution of creative projects. You will work closely with the EA Brand Marketing and Creative teams driving strategic creative projects from ideation to delivery. You will support global brand, communications and event teams and report into a Sr. Program Manager on the Global Events and Operations team.
A successful candidate is a person who values collaboration, able to communicate effectively to large project teams, strong project management foundations, ability to prioritize various ongoing priorities.
Responsibilities:
Works closely with Brand Creative and Brand Marketing to collaborate on creative briefs, present to partners, and gain agreement on goals, metrics and budgets.
You will be leading multiple projects, while advocating for project management best practices, evaluating and improving on existing processes.
Be an "air-traffic control" for all cross functional teams (CFX) involved in a project. Lead CFX team meetings for internal and external partners, promoting collaboration between all teams.
Manage agency and partner deliverables, negotiate and review contracts/SOWs.
Oversee budget tracking to lead operational efficiency.
Possess a strong understanding of a project lifecycle for efficient delivery of projects.
Qualifications
5+ years as a Creative Producer - in a marketing agency or gaming industry role.
Must have a strong understanding of the creative process (from Ideation / Brainstorming, Planning, Design, Production, Delivery and Launch)
Strong oral, and written communication and interpersonal skills, and able to operate in a matrixed organization
A creative problem solver who is comfortable making decisions and collaborating with team members. Able to identify issues, seek clarity by asking questions or raise concerns.
Deep experience with Airtable, GSuite, and Project Management tools
Familiar with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Must be willing to occasionally travel internationally
Monitor and report on requirements, compliance issues, risks, impacts and resolution status to leadership.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
- $89,300 - $123,000 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
