The Data & Insights (D&I) team is involved in every aspect of data at EA, using it to deliver valuable insights and solutions for game teams and players. We drive strategy, build data and AI tools, and support personalization, experimentation, and analytics. Join D&I to work with experts dedicated to improving understanding, workflows, and player experiences.

The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our analytics team supporting Quality Verification for some of EA’s largest titles. In this role based in Hyderabad, you’ll collaborate with engineers, game designers, and quality teams to improve game development and testing strategies through data. Reporting to the Manager of Analytics, you’ll use your expertise to enhance decision-making and drive operational excellence across quality processes.


What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the data analytics roadmap for major EA titles

  • Develop data products and dashboards that provide actionable insights for Quality Verification teams

  • Build scripts and queries to import, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Guide best practices in visualization tools and technologies to evolve project dashboards for monitoring and reporting

  • Promote a data-driven culture and support data governance initiatives to improve organizational data maturity


What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or applied analytics, using data to improve processes

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets; experience with Python for data manipulation and automation

  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as Looker and PowerBI

  • Ability to design data models and warehousing solutions

  • Strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize multiple concurrent projects

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to foster relationships with partners
