A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Central Technology is the force multiplier, accelerating creative opportunity and progress at EA. We're a world-class community of technologists, innovators, strategists, and orchestrators transforming interactive entertainment. Together, we power the platforms, AI-driven tools, live services, and infrastructure that ensure global scale, secure player experiences, and unlock bold new possibilities.

The Data & Insights (D&I) team transforms data into actionable insights that power EA. We guide strategy and governance, build data and AI solutions, and ensure personalization experimentation and analytics; partnering across teams to improve decisions and create more meaningful player experiences.

As the Director of Analytics for EAX, you will lead critical initiatives focused on player lifecycle growth—including personalization, experimentation, and engagement strategies designed to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will build and scale a multidisciplinary analytics organization.  You will influence highly visible platform and ecosystem decisions by partnering directly with EAX leadership on key initiatives.  These initiatives are tied to player connectivity, live-service engagement, and digital platform growth.

You will report to the Head of Data & Insights - Enterprise Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • You will coach and develop an analytics team, improving analytical rigor and establishing standards for metrics, design, and documentation.

  • You will own the analytics and experimentation roadmap for EAX, aligning stakeholders on priorities to support player experience, product development, and business goals.

  • You will act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, leading insights-driven forums (e.g., MBRs) and translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations.

  • You will drive advanced analytics capabilities, leveraging AI, machine learning, and personalization strategies to elevate insight generation and business impact.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or data science

  • 3+ years of experience hiring and leading teams

  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Brand leaders to influence roadmaps and lead executive-level business reviews

  • Foundation in scaling experimentation (A/B testing) programs, personalization strategies, and data-driven growth initiatives

  • Expertise working with large-scale datasets, SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (e.g., Looker)

  • Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
