At EA, we believe games are powerful because they bring together multiple ways people engage play, watch, create, and connect. And the biggest entertainment platforms aren't just places to consume content — they're places where communities build.

Creator-made content is already part of EA's history — from community creation tools in Battlefield to The Gallery in The Sims 4. We believe creative tools will expand how players engage with and contribute to our experiences, supported by thoughtful product design, safety systems, and global reach. Our focus is on helping more players participate in creative expression by making creation easier, safer, and more rewarding.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support EA leadership and help the team operate, speed, and discipline. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, support operating rhythms, prepare leaders for important meetings, and help ensure priorities move forward.

You are comfortable working across departments, regions, and time zones. You will work with leaders and partners across APAC and global EA teams.

  • Support team communications, including meeting notes, distribution lists, department updates, presentations, and leadership announcements.

  • Plan team events, offsite, workshops, leadership visits, and partner meetings across locations.

  • Support procurement, purchase requisitions, vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and related operational workflows.

  • Help onboard new team members by coordinating schedules, access, materials, introductions, and local logistics.

  • Improve team processes, documentation, meeting hygiene, and daily operating efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, Team Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leaders.

  • Experience supporting leaders across multiple teams, regions, and time zones, in technology, gaming, entertainment, consumer platforms, or digital media.

  • Excellent calendar management

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin

  • Experience coordinating international travel, leadership meetings, team events, and offsite.

  • You will work with executives, partners, external team members, and other administrative professionals.

  • Proficiency with common productivity, collaboration, video conferencing, and expense tools.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

About You

You can stay ahead of a busy leadership team. You know when to escalate, when to solve independently, and how to bring structure to. You are comfortable working across cultures and time zones, and you take pride in helping leaders and teams operate well.

You bring judgment and a service mindset, while also looking for ways to improve how the team works. You energize yourself by helping a high-impact team move faster with greater clarity, being close to the business.
