Executive Assistant
Location: Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support EA leadership and help the team operate, speed, and discipline. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, support operating rhythms, prepare leaders for important meetings, and help ensure priorities move forward.
You are comfortable working across departments, regions, and time zones. You will work with leaders and partners across APAC and global EA teams.
Main Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts, protect focus time, and prepare leaders.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, visas where applicable, and expenses.
Support leadership meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, team meetings, and forums.
Prepare agendas, gather pre-reads, track action items, and follow up on decisions.
Support team communications, including meeting notes, distribution lists, department updates, presentations, and leadership announcements.
Plan team events, offsite, workshops, leadership visits, and partner meetings across locations.
Support procurement, purchase requisitions, vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and related operational workflows.
Help onboard new team members by coordinating schedules, access, materials, introductions, and local logistics.
Improve team processes, documentation, meeting hygiene, and daily operating efficiency.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, Team Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leaders.
Experience supporting leaders across multiple teams, regions, and time zones, in technology, gaming, entertainment, consumer platforms, or digital media.
Excellent calendar management
Written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin
Experience coordinating international travel, leadership meetings, team events, and offsite.
You will work with executives, partners, external team members, and other administrative professionals.
Proficiency with common productivity, collaboration, video conferencing, and expense tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
