Role Overview 

This is a Hybrid role, 3 days onsite in Guildford 


We are looking for a Global Benefits Analyst to join Electronic Arts' Global Benefits Centre of Excellence, reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Benefits. You will support major AI-enabled benefits technology implementations (Benifex and Origin), provide essential coordination for local and global projects, and contribute to ongoing projects across EMEA. 

You will partner with our EMEA Benefits Lead, global benefits directors, senior analysts, and other teams. This is an important supporting role that enables us to deliver well-managed benefits for employees while streamlining processes and enhancing operational scale. 

This is a 24-month fixed-term contract and is benefits-eligible

 

What You'll Do 

Project Coordination – Benifex & Origin 

  • You will support planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables for AI-enabled benefits system implementations. 

  • You will maintain project documentation, status report, and issue logs. 

  • You will help with our requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and UAT activities. 

Benefits Operations & Data Quality 

  • Provide daily operational support for EMEA benefit programmes. 

  • Help maintain data quality across EA systems. 


Process Documentation & Shared Services Transition 

  • Implement process and programme improvements. Troubleshoot system / process issues, identify issues and implement solutions. 

  • Document repeatable benefits processes and support the transition of activities to shared services teams. 

  • Maintain clear, scalable SOPs and ensure handoffs are well-managed. 

Vendor & Renewal Coordination 

  • Support EMEA renewals through data preparation, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with brokers and vendors, and shared services. 

  • Upload and maintain vendor reference materials, scorecard inputs, and contract information and input into Origin system of record to enable AI-based insights. 

Global Programme Support 

  • Contribute to global benefits projects and cross-regional projects. 

  • Provide coordination and documentation support for global workstreams. 

 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, benefits, compensation, HR operations, or shared services. 

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills; experience supporting system or vendor implementations. 

  • Comfortable working with data. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. 

  • Collaborate across departments and regions. 

  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRIS and benefits systems.
