  • You will use financial and operational data to evaluate portfolio performance, partnering with Finance to identify revenue growth and cost improvement opportunities.

  • You will shape and enforce development governance and frameworks, evaluating milestones, budgets, and resourcing plans to support incubation, development, and live operations efforts.

  • You will mentor and coach operations leaders within studios, promoting accountability and predictability of outcomes across projects while guiding change management during periods of transformation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of operational leadership experience managing large-scale, distributed, multi-year projects, from incubation to live service (ideally in the mobile gaming industry).

  • Strong familiarity with F2P business models, including user acquisition and lifecycle management.

  • Experience managing external partners and/or licensors through commercial launches.

  • Experience interpreting P&Ls and forecasting models to support investment prioritization and OpEx improvements.

  • Experience collaborating with, and presenting to, executives and cross-functional leaders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
