This exciting role offers the opportunity to build and enhance enterprise-scale software applications used to create games and to collaborate with game teams across the entire company on popular titles including FC, Apex, Madden, Battlefield, NHL, Skate, and more. Reporting to a director of engineering, you will:


Responsibilities

· Gather and verify technical requirements from partners or business analysts

· Establish quality standards through code reviews and design approvals

· Participate in the implementation plan that includes schedule, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables

· Write code and debug across multiple modules while dealing with related external dependencies

· Perform complete testing of web applications – unit, system, and black box testing

· Document tools and practices and participate in knowledge sharing processes.

· Mentor co-workers within understood expertise


Skills and Knowledge Required

· University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

· Java programming skills

· Fluency in written and spoken English

· Excellent Software Engineering skills


Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in web development projects

· Experience working with Agile methodologies

·

Technologies:

· Java EE, Spring Integration, KAFKA

· Rabbit MQ

· JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React., Angular

· cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

  • CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Azure Pipelines, Jenkins)

  • Experience with web applications using REST, WebSocket, Webhooks


Desirable

· Experience in Nuxeo Platform; DM, or DAM

· Experience working in a multicultural, distributed team

· .NET web development: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5+, CSS3+, JavaScript, REST APIs, jQuery, WCF

· Experience working with databases, MS SQL, MongoDB


The job is Hybrid with 3 days in the office.
