Lead CRM Analyst

Hybrid – Redwood City, Los Angeles, or Vancouver

The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on excellence in business operations, comprehensive fan intelligence, plus internal technology and business solutions. Your Impact

You will strengthen EA’s cross-franchise email program by delivering insights that improve targeting, content, cadence, and lifecycle strategy. Your work will guide decisions that elevate retention, engagement, and monetization through high-performing email experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze email performance trends to uncover actionable insights that improve lifecycle outcomes.

  • Explore internal datasets to understand player behavior across franchises and audience segments.

  • Recommend enhancements to email measurement, targeting methodology, and data pipelines.

  • Build dashboards and reports that present clear, data-driven recommendations.

  • Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments that optimize email content and segmentation.

  • Partner with CRM and franchise teams to refine audience strategies and measure impact.

  • Manage multiple analytical workstreams with structured planning and transparent communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years working with marketing or lifecycle analytics.

  • SQL proficiency working with complex, large-scale datasets.

  • Experience applying statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and regression.

  • Experience building descriptive or predictive models.

  • Experience presenting insights through dashboards or visualizations.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Core Skills and Experience

  • Expertise working with email performance metrics and lifecycle data.

  • Skill designing and evaluating experiments for content and segmentation.

  • Skill translating broad questions into structured analytical plans.

  • Experience managing concurrent, data-focused projects.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$111,600 - $152,800 CAD
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$138,400 - $211,700 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
