You will report to the Sr. Director, CRM Analytics.
The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on excellence in business operations, comprehensive fan intelligence, plus internal technology and business solutions. We are horizontal connectors empowering teams across the Experiences organization with the strategic prioritization, investments, resources, data, insights, and technology required to accelerate business outcomes in service of our goals.
You will strengthen EA’s cross-franchise email program by delivering insights that improve targeting, content, cadence, and lifecycle strategy. Your work will guide decisions that elevate retention, engagement, and monetization through high-performing email experiences.
Analyze email performance trends to uncover actionable insights that improve lifecycle outcomes.
Explore internal datasets to understand player behavior across franchises and audience segments.
Recommend enhancements to email measurement, targeting methodology, and data pipelines.
Build dashboards and reports that present clear, data-driven recommendations.
Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments that optimize email content and segmentation.
Partner with CRM and franchise teams to refine audience strategies and measure impact.
Manage multiple analytical workstreams with structured planning and transparent communication.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
5+ years working with marketing or lifecycle analytics.
SQL proficiency working with complex, large-scale datasets.
Experience applying statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and regression.
Experience building descriptive or predictive models.
Experience presenting insights through dashboards or visualizations.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Expertise working with email performance metrics and lifecycle data.
Skill designing and evaluating experiments for content and segmentation.
Skill translating broad questions into structured analytical plans.
Experience managing concurrent, data-focused projects.
