As Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for:  

  • You will help build the forecasting pipeline and establish our business performance goals (e.g., OKR, performance metrics). 
  • Lead product growth strategy discussions with various stakeholders, articulating findings appropriately to target audiences (e.g., executives, cross-functional leaders, designers, engineers, and the community) 
  • Translate business needs into product strategies; collaborate with leadership to develop and prioritize initiatives, translate these into development/publishing-oriented tasks, and oversee execution. 
  • Monitor product performance against our goals and peers, promptly identify emerging trends or anomalies, and determine responsive action 
  • Partner with our Data Analytics team to prioritize and accomplish quantitative analyses that deliver actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate with the content/live-operations team to evaluate live service tools and explore other opportunities 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, or analytics & Data Analysis in a video game company or other technology companies 
  • Proven results in delivering mobile games or large-scale B2C software solutions/services, including roadmap development, product launches, and growth strategies 
  • Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), or similar data analytics tools 
  • Passion for games, especially mobile collection and strategy games
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with experience preparing and presenting decks to various senior stakeholders
  • Experience with AB testing and experimentation in mobile apps/ mobile gaming

Preferences 

  • Multiple shipment experience with AAA games or mobile games 
  • Experience with more advanced statistical languages (e.g., Python, R) and database languages 
  • Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau and Looker) 
  • Passion for dissecting and analyzing games, systems, features, and core game loops 
  • Deep understanding of in-game economy design is beneficial 
  • BA/BS in a quantitative or technical field (math, economics, data science, engineering, or finance)
