A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

About Design Home

Design Home is the world’s leading interior design mobile game, empowering millions of players to create beautiful spaces using real-world furniture and décor. With over a billion lifetime downloads and partnerships with top lifestyle brands like West Elm, Serena & Lily, and Arhaus, Design Home sits at the intersection of gaming, creativity, and commerce.

As we enter the next evolution of the franchise, we’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to help shape the future of design entertainment.

The Role

As Lead Product Manager, you will report to the Director of Product and own the product vision, roadmap, and performance outcomes for major Design Home initiatives. You’ll guide a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, analysts, and artists to drive growth, engagement, and profitability across our live service. You’ll play a central role in defining how Design Home expands its economy, player expression systems, and novel gameplay experiences to reach new audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the forecasting, experimentation, and optimization of core performance funnels, including retention, monetization, and engagement.

  • Analyze player behavior and game data to uncover insights, unmet needs, and high-impact opportunities for growth.

  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and live-ops initiatives that deepen engagement and drive revenue.

  • Design and oversee new features that deliver best-in-class user experiences and align with the franchise’s strategic vision.

  • Partner with design, engineering, and art to translate product goals into clear requirements and deliver high-quality features on schedule.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify emerging trends in lifestyle and simulation gaming.

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to measure KPIs, synthesize learnings, and present actionable recommendations.

  • Drive A/B testing and iterative development to continuously improve product performance and player satisfaction.

  • Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and accountability, fostering collaboration and data-informed decision making.

  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within mobile gaming or live-service products.

  • Proven track record of managing successful products with strong engagement and monetization outcomes.

  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data modeling.

  • Strong understanding of player psychology and UX design principles.

  • Ability to interpret complex data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategy.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across design, engineering, and leadership teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.

  • Passion for gaming and deep familiarity with mobile game mechanics, player motivations, and industry trends.

Why Join Us
