Key Responsibilities

    You will work with Korea marcomms lead, Korea and Asia /Global CFX team including commercial, brand marketing and franchise team, Establish important marketing beats to meet business and brand expectation

    You will be the first contact point person and manage day-to-day communication for EA title(s)/product(s), Ensure the GTM planning and activation excellence 

    You will track, assess campaign performance and reporting to relevant partners

    Manage brand and campaign asset approvals development

    You will work with Korea Marcomm Lead and build prioritized culturalized campaign development for EA games label for the launch, holiday, new update season

    You will work with global brand and APAC marketing team to ensure best marcom activation

    Partnership with EA global and localization team to create assets and and management

    You will work support Korea Marcomm lead, to develop partnership with brand, platform, media partners in Korea to find best-touch points

    You will manage multiple marketing agencies - creative, event, media, PR, influencer, community

    You will manage important performance metrics in relate to use acquisition, engagement and revenue


Skill Requirements

    Bachelor's degree and equivalent 5+ years of practical relevant experience in digital marketing/ gaming / Tech / global brand

    Experience of creative campaign ideas and editorial development experience

    Experience developing insights from players and market

    Experiences manage agency, Attention to detail for negotiation and fluent execution

    Experience manage social media, community channels and influencer marketing

    Experience Measurements of Marketing performance for multi-products

    Language proficiency in Korean and English

    Passion for Football, EA game, Creative, player first mindset

    Problem solving mindset - Efficient collaboration with multiple partners from development, brand and marketing team and external partners for players

    Prioritizing skills of live service marketing planning - understanding of live service strategy and capturing player insights from the previous campaign/cases
