EA values creativity, pioneering, passion, determination, learning, and teamwork. We mean things like acting with curiosity, speaking up with original ideas, and committing to each other as one team.
Come join us! We’re hiring a Multimedia Strategist to join EA’s Fan Care Team.

From onboarding new players to getting them back in the game when they have issues, we support fans across their EA experiences and keep them safe online. We value people who bring new ideas and perspectives to make Fan Care a great place to be and be from. We celebrate diversity and inclusion. It’s just as important for us to create great experiences for our people as for our players. We’re looking for people who will show up excited to work and ready for fun.

Content Optimization: Ensure that all assets are tested, optimized for deployment, and consistent with our other help channels.
Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish - intake, prioritization, collaboration, script + storyboard, deadlines, etc., to ensure the timely release of content.
User Engagement: Collaborate with the EA Help team to gather feedback from players, analyze player behavior, and continuously improve multimedia content to address player needs effectively.
Collaboration: Seek opportunities to collaborate both inside and outside of the team, working with key influencers to effect change in projects and throughout the organization.
