Our Motive is to develop innovative action games set in iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero. Let's say that again—iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero.

Our passion has taken us from imagining dogfighter pilots in Star Wars™: Squadrons to re-creating Isaac Clarke onboard the Ishimura in Dead Space™. Currently, we're working on two exciting projects, an original Iron Man™ action-adventure game and what's coming next for Battlefield™.

We believe in sharing our passion with our community and each other, fostering an inclusive culture, and nurturing a growth mindset. Although our approach may seem simple, it leads us to create the best work of our careers, bringing unique and immersive experiences to our players.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join the Battlefield Franchise Operations team. Reporting to the Franchise Operations Manager, you will play a key role in improving how teams across studios and locations access information, collaborate across tools, and implement scalable systems. Your work will help reduce friction in knowledge sharing, improve compliance with documentation and access standards, and lay the foundation for future operational efficiencies — including support for automation and AI-driven workflows.

This is a hybrid role that blends systemic analysis, stakeholder coordination, and access governance with opportunities to support platform adoption and workflow enhancements at a franchise level.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve tool access and governance, ensuring secure, role-based access across platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, and Google Drive, in alignment with EA policies and team standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for documentation systems, supporting access lifecycle management, user setup, and permissions troubleshooting in collaboration with IT and operations teams.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of processes and standards - including access protocols, file storage guidelines, and naming conventions -  across teams by creating guides, facilitating onboarding sessions, and collecting user feedback.
  • Support the Franchise Management Operating System (MOS) and contribute to operational tracking, reporting, and centralized visibility of key documentation and knowledge-sharing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders within development, operations, and EA internal partner teams and platform owners to drive the implementation of operations systems for AI-enhanced workflows and automation initiatives.
  • Participate in franchise-wide operational initiatives, including platform transitions, communications support, and other special projects as assigned by the Franchise Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify patterns, blockers, and opportunities to improve workflows across systems and workflows.
  • Experience working in coordination, operations, or support roles, preferably in a game studio, creative, or content-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with internal content platforms (e.g., Confluence, Miro, Google Drive, SharePoint, and Jaas) and a general understanding of access and permission models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on cross-functional problem-solving, supporting others in navigating complex systems and document processes effectively.
  • Exposure to AI-powered tools and automation, with a desire to understand how emerging technologies can be used to improve access and collaboration workflows. (e.g N8N)
