As Operations Coordinator for Tracab, you will support our operations in Germany and the Czech Republic, focusing on capturing and digitising real-life football data. You will guide high-volume workforce management for student employees, serving as the first point of contact throughout the employee lifecycle.


Responsibilities:

  • You will monitor workforce planning and hiring needs, sourcing and screening large numbers of student workers across Germany and the Czech Republic.

  • You will coordinate onboarding processes, collecting and managing mandatory documentation such as enrollment certificates, and ensure compliance with EA standards and local regulations.

  • You will support shift planning in partnership with Tracab operations teams, tracking working hours and compensation thresholds for “student workers”, "Minijobbers" in Germany and DPCs in Czechia.

  • You will create reports and provide operational tracking inputs, collaborating with partners in Talent Acquisition, Operations, People Experience and Payroll to maintain compliance and improve processes.


Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in workforce coordination, high-volume recruiting, or HR operations, including shift scheduling and operational tracking.

  • Experience with managing employment documentation for student workers in Germany; familiarity with Czech regulations is valued.

  • Professional working proficiency in English and fluency in German; Czech language capabilities are a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
