The People Practices (HR) Coordinator role is an entry level role in EA's People Experience (HR) organisation focused on administrative daily issues and support for internal procedures. You will connect with employees, ensuring people managers, supporting team effectiveness and engagement projects, planning and providing people programs and being a cultural steward for EA. You will report into a Stockholm based leader.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for People Experience in Stockholm for employee queries and support requests
  • Support people practices partners and managers as related to the employee journey at EA
  • Assist new employees with training and support on HR tools
  • Responsible for maintaining HR documentation including Change protocols and other policy related documentation
  • Reviews and updates employee policies annually
  • Coordinates all benefits related admin and logistics including vendor partnerships (pension, occupational healthcare etc.)
  • Run HRIS reports, analyse and reconcile people data
  • Monitor the accuracy of HR records and coordinate corrections
  • Help compile and prepare HR presentations and reports for HR and business leadership
  • Partner with People Practices on ongoing projects related to HR
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure we are providing a connected employee experience
  • Fulfill ad hoc report requests and special assignments
  • Workday super user and handle transactions, reporting and input into the system
  • Support bookings and coordination of events, trainings or similar

 Requirements 
  • You have an University degree with a business / HR focus
  • You have 1+ years of experience working in an HR Coordinator / Administrator capacity
  • You have an analytical mindset in your day to day work
  • You have have a good sense of what good administration is
