Role

Producer for the EA SPORTS™ FC Live Service Tools team. 

The FC Live Tools team is a key component of one of the most successful live services in gaming and is responsible for developing and maintaining tools used by FC Live team members to design, create and release content to engage players all year round. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with various feature owners across distributed dev teams to establish product goals for new live tools, or improvements to existing ones. 
  • Author the tool feature-briefs, write product specs that can be consumed by engineering and aligned with other stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate scope estimations, including aligning with product goals and identification and escalation of any technical or operational risks. 
  • Work with stakeholders and other Live Tools leads to align the group on priorities. Communicate tradeoffs and alternative scope scenarios when required to cross-functional teams. 
  • Define detailed, testable acceptance criteria for each spec and is available to clarify and adjust as necessary. 
  • Drive delivery of multiple parallel initiatives without oversight. 

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience as a Producer for software products.
  • Experience with agile development processes. 
  • Experience with working with distributed development teams. 
  • Experience supporting a live service. 
  • Experience in gathering requirements across a large group of stakeholders.
  • Experience in summarizing these requirements in brief documents, with user stories and acceptance criteria, to be consumed by software engineers. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. 
  • Experience in UI/UX is a bonus: experience creating wireframes.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing both long term projects and urgent asks.
