Job Overview
As a Production Intern at Full Circle, you will gain valuable experience supporting the game development cycle and working alongside cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and QA. You will help facilitate communication and coordination between departments, learning how different roles collaborate to bring a game to life. You’ll have the opportunity to work with software tools such as iProc, Airtable, and Confluence to help manage information and track project progress. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop your organizational and teamwork skills while gaining insight into the operations side of the game development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage equipment and small team purchases, including purchase order processing and monthly reconciliation
- Coordinate and support special projects related to outreach, learning and development (L&D), and team morale
- Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless integration experience for new employees
- Support the development team with day-to-day requests
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an bachelors degree earning program
- Must be available to work out of EA Vancouver next summer
- Experience with virtual communication tools
- Curiosity to learn about the game industry and passion for not only games, but also operations as an organization
- Collaborative skills
You must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2026.
At this time, we are considering bachelors students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2026, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2026. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis during the 16-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
PAY RANGES
The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k).
