Production Operations Analyst

The Fan Growth Production team delivers video and design assets for all EA global marketing campaigns, and the Operations group is singularly focused on capturing and analysing data for better informed decision-making and driving greater efficiencies for the team. The Production Operations Analyst collects and analyses data, delivers findings in easy to understand reports, and provides recommendations to team leadership.

The Production Operations Analyst will report to the Director, Production Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of resource tracking and inputs into operations management tool (AirTable).

  • You will manage data integrity, resource allocations, and reporting quality across all of Production organisation.

  • You will guide resource and content production reporting and dashboard development in close partnership with our Content Solutions and Activation team.

  • You will break down reporting data and provide analysis to help us improve efficiency and support decision-making.

  • Understand overall system functionality between AirTable and Anaplan and lead connection points in partnership with Fan Growth Operations manager.

  • Develop relationships with internal partners across several disciplines and levels of management.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience using project and production management tools like AirTable, Asana, Frame.io, or Frontify.

  • High comfort level using Excel to create reports.

  • Experience analysing data, summarising into insights and communicating in concise manner.

  • Knowledgeable with content production process. Experience at a creative agency is a bonus.

  • Effective at communicating with different audiences: producers, cinematic artists, writers and senior leaders.

  • A willingness to jump into the unknown and solve new problems.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $89,300 - $123,000 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
