Program Manager, Games for All

Location: North America (Vancouver / EA Redwood City/Los Angeles – Del Ray) Hybrid work model

Reporting to: Director, Games for All

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Come join us! We're hiring a Program Manager to join EA's Games for All team.

At EA, we believe games should welcome everyone. Our Games for All team partners with game developers to create authentic characters, worlds, and stories that resonate with players everywhere. As Program Manager, you will guide projects that ensure our games reflect our global community. You will collaborate directly with development teams, guiding them through the game development lifecycle with advice, resources, and best practices. You'll help shape inclusive narratives, manage impactful programs, and support authentic representation across EA's portfolio. You will report to the Director of Games for All. This is a hybrid work role.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary advisor on cultural sensitivities and geopolitical context—review scripts, assets, and designs to ensure global relevance.
  • Partner with game teams to create scalable and tailored inclusive design solutions.
  • Manage programs, workshops, and self-service tools that empower studios to meet their inclusion goals across EA's portfolio.
  • Create concise guidance through strong research and writing.
  • Identify, vet, and integrate external consultants and lived-experience partners to validate representation strategies.
  • Track metrics, gather feedback, and refine resources to increase adoption and impact.
  • Cultivate trust with designers, writers, producers, and executives to support inclusive storytelling.
  • Design and facilitate engaging workshops and experiential sessions that drive meaningful participation and lasting impact.

What you bring to the team/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience in interactive entertainment, media, technology, product development, or related fields, with hands-on management in cultural analysis, authentic representation, or inclusive design.
  • Subject matter expertise in cross-cultural dynamics and geopolitics, especially about cultures and histories of East Asia or the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions.
  • Expertise in intersectional identities, which may include a deeper expertise within specific identities.
  • High-quality decision-making to address challenges in creative and practical ways.

Come join a global leader committed to telling richer, more inclusive stories. At EA, your work will shape the next generation of games—and the players who love them.
