A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

The Challenge Ahead

Production Infrastructure and Engineering’s charter is to make EA's games and services available to all players anytime and anywhere. To do this, we focus on the high availability of infrastructure, primary services, and studio services. We aim to help developers to experiment and build new games quickly with infrastructure services on-demand and workflows that ensure rapid development in the cloud. In all of this, we focus on being there for players where and when they want to play.

You will report into the Director of Program Management and will focus on EA studios in Europe, including Codemasters and Criterion, and EA Sports App.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating launches and live operations of game titles and services: ensuring all PI&E domain owners and PMs have outlined tasks required for launches; understand the impact of partner and PI&E choices related to online infrastructure, product and services

  • Manage partner requests: bringing opportunities and partner requests to PI&E following established intake and processes; report on PI&E deliverables to the partners with monthly reports

  • You will align partner needs with PI&E product and services: gathering and distributing customer feedback to PI&E product and services team, creating and updating PI&E tech dependencies matrix for each partner, manage PI&E internal knowledge hub where PI&E team members can self-serve information about each partner, including its games, points of contacts, links to the tech dependencies; track partner engagements with an accessible CRM-like system

  • You will promote PI&E products and services to partners: representing PI&E products and services to PI&E partners, updating PI&E Hosting Guidelines and other documentation.

Experience Required:

  • BS in Computer Science or comparable technical degree, or commensurate experience. Minimum 5 years of technical program/project management experience.

  • Experience with Infrastructure and Cloud deployments, migrations, and upgrades across data center related technologies (eCommerce, Network, Security, Systems Administration, Database Administration, Storage).

  • Experience managing projects with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.

  • Experience with documentation and work tracking tools like: JIRA, Monday.com, Service Now, Confluence, GitLab, and Sharepoint.

  • Delivery track record across multiple large-scale cross group programs, including scrum/team prioritization.

  • Ability to manage risks and conflicts through reporting with detailing of a mitigation plan to ensure that the project stays on track, or is brought back on track in the event of delays or blockers.

  • Experience with the digital gaming space would be considered a huge plus.
