A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

EA’s Fan Growth organization is responsible for elevating the experiences customers get from our entertainment and maximizing their fun. We’re obsessed with the experiences our fans have with EA. We value people who bring new ideas and perspectives to make Fan Growth a great place to be and be from. We celebrate inclusion. It’s just as important for us to create great experiences for our people as for our players. We’re looking for people who will show up excited to work and ready for fun. The Fan Growth organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager of Game Integrations.

As the Senior Project Manager of the Game Integrations team, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Fan Care Game Integrations as part of the Fan Care Technology & Services group. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. You will oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring that it meets the integration's goals and objectives.  This involves coordinating with multiple teams, managing resources, setting timelines, and keeping stakeholders informed about the project's progress. You will work with teams and collaborate with various groups across different organizations. This includes overseeing and managing the activities of an international team, fostering trust, and maintaining strong relationships with your partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility to meet the challenges of multiple time zones for core team meetings.

  • Understand the scope of integration work, CX Strategy, and Game Features for assigned titles and be able to communicate and align timing based on that understanding.

  • Create and maintain work breakdown structures and communicate and ensure alignment between all stakeholders.

  • Track changes and progress against the scope and work breakdown structure, ensuring communication and alignment between all stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain launch timelines, including release readiness items for non-titles' scope.

  • Create and maintain stakeholder management by creating and maintaining a list, communicating with stakeholders to ensure issue unblocking, and holding stakeholders accountable for action items.

  • Set and manage partner expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the resolution of issues.

  • Manage requirements and risks for assigned scope and quality, remove roadblocks, and raise red flags.

  • Help support escalation communications and mitigation planning when it occurs.

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, prioritize projects, make tradeoffs, and balance the needs versus technical constraints.

  • Managing communication and distribution of resources required between stakeholders for integration scope.

  • Create and maintain meetings and documentation from meetings, including communication channels. Document meaningful meeting discussions, including action items, shared with all stakeholders. Ensure the readiness checklist for integration scope is completed.

  • Create and maintain documentation around updates on title integrations.

  • Create and maintain team documentation shared with various stakeholders across the EA.

  • Track the Status of JaaS Tickets to ensure that any blockers are followed up and removed throughout the Sprint.

  • Identify and track issues and risks across the Game Integration portfolio. Make sure this is tracked in a list that is updated regularly.

  • Identify the operational impact and create the Operational Readiness Plan for Game Integration, including specific risks and issues.

You’ll love this job if you:

  • Enjoy balancing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Succeed in adapting to flexible and changing business models and organizational structures.

  • Are a team player who collaborates well across multiple areas of the organization.

  • Have confidence in a fast-paced environment with constraints, frequent pivots, and shifts outside your control.

  • Have a proactive approach when managing projects assigned without having detailed direction.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a project manager

  • 2+ years of experience working within or in close partnership with a systems integrations team

  • Experience managing technical programs involving partners from different departments working towards a unified solution across divisions

  • Experience as a JIRA power-user

  • Experience working with an outsourced development team
