Associate Technical Recruiter 


Location: Bogotá, Colombia (On-site) 

Duration: Temporary, 12 months


As an Associate Technical Recruiter, you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager and play an important role in building our new Quality Verification Center of Excellence. You will assist with high-volume recruitment for technical and quality-focused roles, partnering with hiring teams and leadership to help achieve hiring goals.


Responsibilities


  • Support full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for technical and quality verification roles, helping to meet hiring targets.

  • Assist in developing sourcing strategies tailored to the local market, using creative channels to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership, providing market insights and supporting teams throughout the recruitment process.

  • Help track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure progress and inform hiring strategies.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, while following internal TA processes and policies.


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology or gaming industry, or relevant internship/academic experience.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build partnerships with hiring teams and leadership.

  • Experience or interest in working with recruitment reports and metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned recruitment tasks.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
