This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle for our Bogotá studio, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This is an opportunity for you to help us shape the studio's culture from the ground up.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications

  • Fluent in English (C1 level), both verbally and in writing, with candidates and internal teams.

  • Assist with planning and executing recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus visits.

  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Manage scheduling and logistics for high-volume recruitment processes.

  • Report important recruitment and onboarding metrics to support studio growth goals


Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of experience conducting phone screens or interviews in a recruitment or HR setting.

  • Strong verbal and written English skills (C1 level required).

  • Experience supporting or coordinating events.

  • Ability to maintain organized and detailed documentation

  • Collaborative, adaptable, customer-centric, and passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience.
