Role: Senior Assistant, PE Shared Services

Location: Hyderabad, India

 

The Role:

As a Senior Assistant, PE Shared Services, you will collaborate with the Global People Operations team to support the execution of various workforce administration transactions, including employee data management, employment verification, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and offboarding. You will utilize systems such as ServiceNow, Slack, Zoom, and Outlook to collect and maintain employee data on Workday, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all employee records.

 

Responsibilities:

  • HR Data Management:
     Maintain and update employee records in the global HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with nuances and data privacy regulations.
  • HR Process Execution:
     Support end-to-end HR processes such as hiring, promotion, transfers, employee life cycle management, exit management and payroll coordination across regions.
  • Employee Support:
     Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to data management, policies, and procedures; ensure timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
     Adhere to required compliance and governance, maintain documentation, and support adherence to global HR policies and local employment regulations.
  • Collaboration:
     Work closely with global and regional People Partners, HR COE’s team.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Working knowledge of global HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow etc.).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and google suites.

Other Skills: 

  • Experience supporting HR operations across multiple regions (e.g., Americas, EMEA, or APAC).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team 
  • High attention to details of employee data and documentation.
