Job Title: Senior Product Manager (MTX Content)

Description:

As a Senior Product Manager on Apex Legends, you will own the strategy and execution of our MTX content ecosystem.

You will shape how cosmetic content is created, packaged, and experienced by players, driving innovation across both new and existing content categories. This role combines player insight, data, and creative partnership to deliver content that resonates with player tastes while supporting long-term business goals.

Responsibilities:


  • Own product strategy for MTX content, including the evolution of existing cosmetic categories and development of new ones

  • Drive a cohesive vision for how cosmetic content is designed, surfaced, and experienced in-game

  • Partner with Design, Art, and Production to improve the end-to-end content pipeline, enabling scalable and high-quality content delivery

  • Lead efforts to understand player preferences and tastes, leveraging both qualitative research and quantitative data

  • Translate insights into clear recommendations that inform content direction and prioritization

  • Identify opportunities to improve content performance, discoverability, and player value perception

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align content strategy with seasonal beats and broader product goals

  • Define success metrics and evaluate performance to continuously improve content outcomes


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years product management in AAA or live service games

  • Experience working on cosmetic content, live content systems, or monetization in free-to-play games

  • Strong understanding of player motivations and cosmetic-driven engagement

  • Experience leveraging user research (UXR) and data analysis to inform product decisions

  • Proficiency with data tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar) and strong analytical thinking

  • Experience working with cross-functional creative teams (Art, Design, Production)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both creative and technical stakeholders

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$92,900 - $129,200 CAD
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$120,600 - $184,000 USD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.  
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
